تعامل استاد - دانشجو و رابطۀ آن با رشد مهارت‌های شناختی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی روابط ساختاری میان تعاملات استاد دانشجو و رشد مهارت­های شناختی دانشجویان با میانجی­ درگیری کلاسی، احساس تعلق و خودچالشی ­علمی آنان بود. نوع پژوهش توصیفی با طرح همبستگی است. شرکت­کنندگان پژوهش 415 دانشجوی کارشناسی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بودند که با روش نمونه­گیری طبقهای نسبتیانتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش برگرفته از پرسش­نامه تجارب دورۀ کارشناسی دانشگاه کالیفرنیا بود. پایایی ابزار با استفاده از روش همسانی درونی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. همچنین، از طریق روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، روایی ابزار تأیید گردید. به ‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار AMOS  نسخه 23 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعاملات استاد دانشجو با رشد مهارت­های شناختی، درگیری کلاسی، خودچالشی علمی و احساس تعلق دانشجویان رابطۀ مثبت و معنی­داری دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که رابطۀ تعاملات استاد دانشجو با رشد مهارت­های شناختی دانشجویان، با میانجی­ درگیری کلاسی، مثبت و معنی­دار است. با این‌حال، رابطۀ تعاملات استاد دانشجو و درگیری کلاسی دانشجویان، با میانجی­خودچالشی علمی و احساس تعلق آنان، معنی­دار نبود. این یافته‌ها دلالت‌های مهمی برای نقش تعامل استاد دانشجو در افزایش و رشد برون‌دادهای تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد.
