مدل تبیینی بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین پیشایندهای بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی، مدلی مبتنی‌بر نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده را آزمون کرد. در این مدل، تأثیر فرهنگ دانشگاه بر رفتار بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی ازطریق میانجی‌گری نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری ادراک‌شده و قصد بررسی شد. این پژوهش همبستگی بر روی ۸۷۴ دانشجوی کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. داده‌ها با مقیاس فرهنگ دانشگاه، مقیاس یکپارچه سنجش اجزای نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده ویژه بی­صداقتی تحصیلی و مقیاس رفتار بی‌صداقتی جمع‌آوری و با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (نرم‌افزار Smart PLS 3) تحلیل شدند. روایی همگرا و واگرا و همچنین پایایی ابزارها تأیید شد. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که قصد بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی، رابطه بین هریک از پیش‌بین‌ها (فرهنگ دانشگاه، نگرش، هنجار و کنترل رفتاری) و رفتار بی‌صداقتی را به‌شکل معنی­داری میانجی‌گری می‌کند. همچنین اثر غیرمستقیمِ کل فرهنگ دانشگاه ازطریق میانجی­گرها (نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری ادراک‌شده و قصد) بر بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی معنی­دار بود. این نتایج ضمن تأکید بر نقش محوری «قصد»، نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی نیازمند توجه هم‌زمان به متغیرهای زمینه‌ای، شناختی و انگیزشی است.
