ذهن‌آگاهی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی: واسطه‌گری عزت نفس

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش واسطه‌گری عزت نفس در رابطۀ بین ذهن‌آگاهی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که در آن روابط ساختاری بین متغیرهای پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، تمامی دانشجویان دورۀ کارشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که از بین آن‌ها 393 دانشجو (190 مرد و 203 زن) با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و مقیاس‌های‌ بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف، ذهن‌آگاهی بائر و دیگران و عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت را تکمیل کردند. روایی و پایایی مقیاس‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل عامل تاییدی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌های توصیفی و ماتریس همبستگی بین متغیرهای پژوهش از نرم‌افزارSPSS (نسخۀ 25) و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ و مدل پژوهش از نرم‌افزار AMOS (نسخۀ 20) استفاده شد. پس از گردآوری داده‌ها، مد‌ل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری برای آزمون مدل پیشنهادی و فرضیه‌ پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که مدل پژوهش با داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده برازش مطلوبی دارد. همچنین، یافته‌ها نشان دادند که اثر مستقیم ذهن‌آگاهی بر عزت نفس و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و اثر مستقیم عزت نفس بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی معنادار بود. همچنین، اثر ذهن‌آگاهی بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی از طریق واسطه‌گری عزت نفس معنادار بود. این یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که متغیر عزت نفس رابطۀ‌ بین متغیرهای ذهن‌آگاهی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی را واسطه‌گری می‌کند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش‌ می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ذهن‌آگاهی با تأثیر بر میزان عزت نفس، می‌تواند بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.
