تاثیر آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر انگیزش تحصیلی، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و سبک‌های اسناد در دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر انگیزش تحصیلی، سبک‌های اسناد و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی دانش‌آموزان بود. روش این پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه هشتم متوسطه اول در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 در شهر همدان بودند. برای انتخاب نمونه دو کلاس به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی به عنوان گروه آزمایش (21 نفر) و گروه کنترل (21 نفر) تلقی گردیدند. پس از انجام پیش‌آزمون در هر دو گروه، آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی طی 8 جلسه به گروه آزمایش ارائه شد. سپس از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های سبک‌های اسناد، انعطاف‌‌پذیری ‌شناختی و انگیزش تحصیلی بود. به منظور تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی به‌صورت معنی‌داری موجب افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی، افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی، افزایش سبک اسناد مثبت و کاهش سبک اسناد منفی در دانش‌آموزان شده است. آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی از طریق افزایش آگاهی نسبت به لحظه حال و پرداختن به احساسات و هیجانات بر نظام شناختی کودکان تاثیر گذاشته و می‌تواند در ارتقای انگیزش تحصیلی، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی، سبک اسنادی مثبت و کاهش سبک اسنادی منفی مؤثر باشد. از این رو پیشنهاد می شود که آموزشی ذهن آگاهی در مدارس و مراکز مشاوره وابسته به آموزش‌وپرورش مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
