بررسی رابطه بین ذهن‌آگاهی و سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری: نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطه‌گری تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین ذهن‌آگاهی با سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری بود. شرکت‌کنندگان‌ تعداد 302 نفر از دانشجویان مرد و زن دانشکده‌های دانشگاه شیراز بودند، که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های ذهن‌آگاهی، تنظیم شناختی هیجان و سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری پاسخ دادند. برای تعیین روایی و پایایی از روش‌های آلفای کرونباخ و تحلیل عوامل استفاده شد. به منظور بررسی مدل از روش معادلات ساختاری و برای تعیین نقش واسطه‌گری، روش Bootstrap در نرم‌افزار AMOS به کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد ذهن‌آگاهی به صورت مثبت و معنی‌دار، تصمیم‌گیری عقلانی را پیش‎بینی کرد و همچنین تصمیم‌گیری وابسته، اجتنابی و آنی را به صورت منفی و معنی دار پیش‌بینی کرد. همچنین ذهن‌آگاهی به صورت مثبت و معنی‌دار، راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و به شکل منفی و معنی‌دار راهبردهای غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان را پیش‌بینی کرد. در خصوص رابطه مستقیم راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان با سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری، این راهبرد سبک عقلانی را به صورت مثبت و معنی‎‌دار و سبک‌های وابسته، اجتنابی و آنی را به‌صورت منفی و معنی‌دار پیش‌بینی کرد. راهبردهای غیرانطباقی نیز سبک عقلانی را به‌صورت منفی و معنی‌دار و سبک‌های اجتنابی و آنی را به صورت مثبت و معنی‌دار پیش‌بینی کرد. در خصوص نقش واسطه‌گری می‌توان بیان کرد که راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان نقش واسطه‌ای مثبت و معنی‌داری بین ذهن‌آگاهی با سبک‌ تصمیم‌گیری عقلانی ایفا کردند. این نقش در رابطه میان سبک‌های وابسته، اجتنابی و آنی به صورت منفی و معنی‌دار بود. به‌طورکلی با افزایش استفاده از راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان، تصمیم‌گیری عقلانی افزایش و تصمیم‌گیری وابسته، اجتنابی و آنی کاهش می‌یابد. با استناد به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان از راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان به عنوان یکی از آموزش‌های مؤثر جهت استفاده از سبک‌‌های تصمیم‌گیری کارآمد استفاده کرد.
