Overview
The Journal of Studies in Learning & Instruction (JSLI), published by Shiraz University, has been publishing independently as a biannual journal since September 2009. The journal aims to develop and promote innovative research approaches, foster a deeper understanding of human education, and enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Previously, it was part of the Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, which was published from 1986 to 2009. The journal accepts original, research-based articles in the field of education and learning—including quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods studies—with an emphasis on innovation and scientific value, for peer review and potential publication. The journal is published in collaboration with the Iranian Educational Research Association.

According to Letter No. 10234/3 dated March 7, 2009, issued by the Commission for the Evaluation of Scientific Journals of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the Journal of Studiea in Learning and Instruction has been granted the rank of “Scientific-Research”.
The journal has received a “B” ranking from the Commission for Scientific Publications under the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
