Peer Review Process

Critical considerations for the acceptance of submissions:

  1. The manuscript should not exceed 20 typed pages. For short articles, the limit is 10 typed pages.
  2. All submitted manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editorial Board. If deemed suitable, the manuscript will initially be sent to two expert reviewers and in case of necessity, to a third reviewer for evaluation. To ensure impartiality, the authors’ names are removed before the review process (double-blind review).
  3. The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request modifications to submitted manuscripts.
  4. Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts.
  5. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published in any journal, conference proceedings, or scientific assembly, and must not be under simultaneous consideration elsewhere.
  6. Authors must include a letter confirming that the manuscript has not been submitted to or published by another journal (provided in aouthoes guide). Without this declaration, the journal cannot proceed with peer review process.

    7. After receiving initial acceptance from the reviewers, the article is also sent to the Associate Editor.

    8. The result of the article's similarity to other researches should be provided in a DOCX format (Word file); the similarity score should not exeed 10 percent.
