اثربخشی آموزش زبان بدن بر طرح‌واره ‌های شکست و نقص در دانشجویان دارای افت تحصیلی

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش زبان بدن بر طرح‌واره‌های شکست و نقص در دانشجویان دارای افت تحصیلی انجام شد. روش تحقیق از نوع آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه صنعتی قم در سال تحصیلی 1401- 1400 تشکیل دادند که 30 نفر از آنان به شیوة در دسترس انتخاب شدند و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون از گویه‌های شکست و نقص پرسش‌نامه طرح‌واره یانگ استفاده شد. آموزش زبان بدن در 8 جلسه برای دانشجویان گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کواریانس تک‌متغیری نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری در میانگین نمرات پس‌آزمون شکست و نقص گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل وجود داشت. براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که آموزش زبان بدن بر کاهش طرح‌واره‌های شکست و نقص دانشجویان مؤثر است.
