مدل ساختاری از رابطۀ سرمایه‌های تحولی درونی و بیرونی با بهزیستی تحصیلی: نقش میانجی حس انسجام

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل ­یابی علّی بهزیستی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان براساس سرمایه‌های تحولی درونی و بیرونی با میانجی‌گری حس انسجام انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آﻣﺎری ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ داﻧشجویان مشغول‌به‌تحصیل دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود که از میان آن‌ها 300 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ­ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس‌های بهزیستی تحصیلی و حس انسجام و پروفایل سرمایه‌های تحولی استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS-21 و AMOS-21 انجام شد. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، مدل علّی رابطه بین سرمایه‌های درونی، سرمایه‌های بیرونی، حس انسجام و بهزیستی تحصیلی در دانشجویان از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. با توجه به یافته‌ها، سرمایه‌های تحولی درونی، تحول بیرونی و حس انسجام بر بهزیستی تحصیلی تأثیر مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌دار داشتند. سرمایه‌های تحولی درونی و بیرونی بر حس انسجام تأثیر مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌دار داشتند. همچنین سرمایه‌های درونی و بیرونی با میانجی‌گری حس انسجام بر بهزیستی تحصیلی تأثیر غیرمستقیم مثبت داشتند. بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ارتقای سرمایه‌های تحولی درونی و بیرونی و حس انسجام دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان می‌تواند بهزیستی تحصیلی آنان را به‌نحو معنی‌دار بهبود بخشد.
