اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر پرخاشگری، قلدری و قربانی‌شدن دانش‌آموزان دختر با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر پرخاشگری، قلدری و قربانی‌شدن دانش‌آموزان دختر با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی بود. این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش ­آزمون و پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره ناحیه 3 تبریز بود. نمونه به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفری تقسیم شد و سپس برای هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، ابتدا پیش‌آزمون اجرا شد و سپس آموزش تنظیم هیجان در 8 جلسه روی گروه آزمایش اجرا و بعد از آن پس‌آزمون روی هر دو گروه اجرا گردید. به فاصله دو ماه بعد یعنی در مرحله پیگیری نیز هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل مجددا مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. از پرسش‌نامه‌های پرخاشگری و تعامل با هم‌سالان برای جمع ­آوری داده ­ها استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در گروه آزمایش میانگین نمرات پرخاشگری، قلدری و قربانی‌شدن در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به پیش‌آزمون کاهش معنی‌دار داشته است. ازطرف‌دیگر این تغییرات در  پرخاشگری، قلدری و قربانی‌شدن از پس‌آزمون تا مرحله پیگیری تغییر معنی‌داری نداشته است. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مشاوران می ­توانند برای پیشگیری و کاهش رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه، قلدری و قربانی‌شدن در این گروه از افراد از این مداخله بهره بگیرند.
