ارائه مدل علّی پیش‌بینی حضور اجتماعی برخط بر اساس حضور شناختی برخط با واسطه‌گری خودکارآمدی رایانه‌ای

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل علّی پیش­بینی حضور اجتماعی برخط بر اساس حضور شناختی برخط با واسطه­گری خودکارآمدی رایانه­ای صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش به‌لحاظ هدف، بنیادی و به‌لحاظ نوع داده‌های گردآوری شده، کمّی و مبتنی بر رویکرد همبستگی است. شرکت­کنندگان شامل 261 نفر از دانشجویان دوره­های برخط دانشگاه­ پیام نور استان خراسان شمالی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بودند که با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، مقیاس­های حضور شناختی برخط، حضور اجتماعی برخط و خودکارآمدی رایانه­ای بودند. تحلیل داده­ها با روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری در بستر نرم­افزار AMOS-24 انجام شد. یافته­­ها نشان دادند که، با توجه به مقادیر شاخص­های برازش به‌دست‌آمده، داده­ها با مدل پژوهش برازش دارد. مطابق با یافته‌ها، حضور شناختی، متغیرهای خودکارآمدی رایانه­ای و حضور اجتماعی را به‌صورت مثبت پیش­بینی می­کند. همچنین، متغیر خودکارآمدی رایانه­ای قادر است حضور اجتماعی را به‌صورت مثبت و معنی‌دار پیش­بینی ­کند. علاوه بر این، حضور شناختی از طریق خودکارآمدی رایانه­ای، حضور اجتماعی را پیش­بینی می­کند. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، از طریق افزایش حضور شناختی دانشجویان دوره­های برخط می‌توان خودکارآمدی رایانه­ای را بهبود و حضور اجتماعی آنان را ارتقا داد.
