چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مثبت­­اندیشی به شیوه گروهی بر هیجان‌های تحصیلی و خوش­بینی تحصیلی دانش­آموزان پسر داوطلب کنکور سراسری شهر خرم­آباد بود. روش این پژوهش، آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون-پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از میان جامعه آماری تعداد ۴۰ دانش­آموز به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب، و در ادامه به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۲۰ نفر) و کنترل (۲۰ نفر) گمارش شدند. به­منظور جمع­آوری داده­های پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه‌های  هیجان­های تحصیلی و خوش­بینی تحصیلی استفاده شد. آموزش مثبت­‌اندیشی به صورت 10 جلسه 75 دقیقه‌ای به گروه آزمایش ارائه شد. نتایج تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که آموزش مثبت­اندیشی سبب بهبودی هیجان‌های تحصیلی مثبت، کاهش هیجان‌های تحصیلی منفی و افزایش خوش­بینی تحصیلی در دانش­آموزان داوطلب کنکور شده است. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می­توان گفت، آموزش مثبت­اندیشی رویکردی مفید در جهت افزایش هیجان‌های تحصیلی مثبت، کاهش هیجان‌های تحصیلی منفی و افزایش خوش­بینی تحصیلی در دانش­آموزان داوطلب کنکور است.
