واکاوی چالش‌ها و موانع اصلی بازدارنده پژوهندگی معلمان در آموزش‌وپرورش استان آذربایجان شرقی: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه چالش‌ها و موانع اصلی بازدارنده پژوهندگی در میان معلمان استان آذربایجان شرقی صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با بهره‌مندی از روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شده است. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند از نوع ملاک‌محور بوده و تعداد 20 نفر از معلمان در پژوهش شرکت کردند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و روش تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده، روش تحلیل مضمون بود. در پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور ارزیابی قابلیت اعتماد یافته‌های پژوهش شاخص‌های باورپذیری، قابلیت اطمینان، تأییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش منجر به شکل‌گیری 25 مقوله فرعی در ذیل 3 مقوله اصلی تفکر و دانش، نگرش و انگیزش و رفتار و عمل گردید. مقوله اصلی تفکر و دانش شامل 5 مقوله فرعی و مقوله اصلی نگرش و انگیزش دارای 11 مقوله فرعی است. مقوله اصلی سوم یعنی عمل و رفتار نیز متشکل از 9 مقوله فرعی است. ناظر بر یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان چنین عنوان کرد که اجرای برنامه معلم پژوهنده در آموزش‌و‌پرورش بدون رفع محدودیت‌های مذکور، پیشرفت برنامه را با مشکلاتی روبه‌رو می‌کند و در دستیابی به اهداف از قبل تعیین‌شده چالش‌هایی به وجود خواهد آورد.
